Hi, my name is Leanne. I have been practising yoga for 10 years and completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. In 2021 I moved to Bournemouth where I live with my partner and daughter. I enjoy getting out in nature, dancing and snuggling up with a book.
I started practising yoga for the physical and social benefits, but soon realised that yoga brought vast improvements to my mental wellbeing too. I am passionate about sharing the impact yoga can have on a person's mental health and overall wellbeing.
Classes are at a relaxed pace and flow from one pose into the next (I told you I like dancing!) There is a clear focus on strengthening as well as stretching the physical body. Classes also include breathwork (pranayama) and end with a relaxation/ meditation.
